Mail Not Received Using Webforms Or Scripts

Just set up a new server using Plesk and have a major issue. Any mail generated using a form/script installed on the site such as an order confirmation email, any type of automated response or if any mailing list script is used to send mail is not being received by those using major ISP's such as Comcast, Verizon, etc. Its only getting to garbage email accounts such as Yahoo, Gmail, etc?

Yet mail sent directly from Outlook or using Webmail does work to all recipients?

I made sure the reverse DNS PTR record is set up and still doesn't work.

Any clues?
 
All fixed! After checking the zone file, there was no A record for the server name. Once added mail is now functional to all domains through all scripts.
