Issue Mail not receiving

Hello,

First, sorry for my english, it is not verry good. If you don't understand me, please say it.

I have since this week a plesk vps with plesk web pro installed on it. After hours googling i create a account here for my issue. I can't receive emails.

What i have done:

- Enable mail server
- Enable mail and webmail for domain.
- Set al dns records from plesk dns to my external dns server.
- Create mail account
- Use ssl and don't use ssl for login on webmail.
- followed this instructions: Mail is not received on Windows server with MailEnable

I can sent mail, but i can't receive emails.

Can anyone help me? What's wrong?
