Issue Mail sent and receive issue Gmail and Outlook

Can anyone help me to solve this issue :

Server at PR3P193MB1104.EURP193.PROD.OUTLOOK.COM returned '550 5.4.312 Message expired, DNS query failed(ErrorRetry)'

We need more information and the only thing provided is from outlook which gmail doesn't use. Were are you seeing that error? Is it a bounce back? What's the bounce back for gmail? What does the mail log show? You said it's sent and receive so what's the bounceback when sending from gmail/outlook to your domain?
