Mail stayes

I am relatively new in Plesk and have problems with mail not being sent properly.
On the server, there is installed a WordPress installation. Mail from this WordPress installation never reaches for example suscribers. Almost all mail remains in the Queue and will be deleted after 7 days. Could it be because I do not have an SSL Certificate? Hope you can help.

please provide depending log - entries and/or configuration files in order to get suggestions or help for investigations to the cause of your issue. The more information you provide, the better will the investigations and the suggestions be.
