Mailbox exist but got error #5.7.17 from SMTP

Hello,

I've a very strange problem. My SMTP reply with :

Remote host said: 550 sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)

for one email address but this email address exist ! It has been recreated 3 time but the problem is still not solved.

If I try to send the email from another mailbox of the domain the SMTP didn't accept the email at all and If I try to send it through another SMTP the email is sent me back with the previous message.

if you will mail send to [email protected] this domain in yours local host but this domain have other mailserver (exsample 1und1.de) your webmail service try search from localhost, you must this domains mail service deaktive, then if you mail send direcly found 1und1 mailserver
