luoy21

New Pleskian
Hello,
We have set up the resource for "Overuse is not allowed",also set the "Mailbox size" to 5GB,
But,customer have been overusing 6.11GB,Is the subscription to the customer suspended due to php config issues?

If the resource "Mailbox size" setting does not work, how can we limit the customer's overusing mailbox quota?

thank you again and We look forward to your reply.

Note: The overuse policy does not apply to the limits set on size of mailboxes. Therefore, even if you enable overuse, be sure to allocate enough disk space to mailboxes.

BTW, it is bad idea to attach screenshots with zip file. Please post your screenshots directly in your message. This will be much more effective for understanding your problem.

Thank you for your reply,

We have set the mailbox size to 5GB, but customer can use more than this limit.plesk advise.thanks.

I found this (unanswered) thread whilst looking around for forums relating to my issue (before posting a new issue).

I have an issue where I have set "overuse is not allowed". A subscription has been suspended due to disk space usage exceeding the allocation. Yet mail is still arriving!

Is this by design?

How can I prevent a suspended subscription from receiving more mail?!

Thanks.
