mailbox + redirect

I have a user that wants to copy her incoming mail to another address that will generate a text (sms) alert. I tried adding a "group" to her mailbox with the other address as a user, but I got a "mailbox full" error back, apparently from the local mailbox. Anyone got suggestions for how I could go about this?

Just use redirect
