Hi,

I have a Plesk 8.1 Fedora Core 4 server and for some reason I do not receive mailbox warning emails, i searched on the forms and from what i gathered this is a standard feature in Plesk.. Can anyone give me some input on this or point me in the right direction?

Thanks,
Ged

Sorry, I should have been more specific - I'm talking about the mailbox quota warning emails.

Did you set things up under Server -> Notifications? I'd say mailbox quota fall under 'Account Limit Notices'.

Yes I have checked that, all notification options are ticked to be delivered to the client and the server admin.

Only you are not receiving those emails? Or is nobody receiving anything? Otherwise email is working just fine?

Nobody is receiving emails with mailbox quota warnings.

Yes and no - I have 2 accounts that have reached 90% and 95% and 1 account that is over the limit and I receive a bounce back message if I try to send to this account.

I setup these accounts to test the email quota warning messages, clearly they don’t work. :(
