Mailboxes after Restore all empty

Hello,
Sorry for my english, i'm german and my english is poor.

I have follow Problem. I have restore my Plesk 12.0.18 Backup after new installed Server from Ubuntu Server 12 to Ubuntu Server 14.
The Backup is from Plesk 12.0.18 under Ubuntu Server 12!
After restore all Mailboxes are available and work they, but all Mailboxes are empty. No contents are restored.
New try to restore Mail Account only have no Result.
I have downloaded my backup file to local Computer and extract.
In file backup_mydomain_mn_1409281400.tgz are all Messages encrypt available. But Not restored.

Why????

Has anyone a hint for me why this is not the case?

Hi there,

i have a Plesk 12 Backup that i want to restore on another Plesk 12 Server. All settings and webfolders are restored properly but the mailboxes are empty. The log messages in the gui doesn`t show any relevant errors.

The deployer.log is attached.

I cannot find any hints in there. Can someone help me?

Hi there,

i have the same problem. I know it has something to do with Ubuntu. On CentOS the restore works just fine. You can find the problem in the deployer.log in /var/logs. The tar command extracts just the first level folder on ubuntu. On CentOS all the subdirectories containing the mailbox are unpacked.

I have no idea why This just sucks...

Has someone any idea how i get the backup restored on Ubuntu 14?? Thanks in advance.
