TITLE

"sent items" emails in Roundcube have all same date/time after restore of mailbox

PRODUCT, VERSION, OPERATING SYSTEM, ARCHITECTURE

Plesk 18.0.58 #2, AlmaLinux 8.9

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

Email account, client using IMAP in mail clients and webmail.
Delete a bunch [accidentally] so a restore from backup is necessary.
Restore mailbox from a backup [FTP space in this case], and when then viewing the mails in Roundcube webmail afterwards, all the mails in the Sent Items folder show the same date and time. The date and time of the restore.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Have a working mailbox with emails in all folders including Sent Items. [Client uses IMAP and webmail to access them.]
Restore that mailbox from a backup. Specific case here: restored from Plesk servers nightly backup on external FTP space.
Check emails afterwards using IMAP account in Outlook, Thunderbird, and webmail (Roundcube)

ACTUAL RESULT

Sent Items in Outlook and Thunderbird are displaying correct date/time
Sent Items in webmail show all date/time of restore.

EXPECTED RESULT

Sent Items show correct date/time no matter how accessed.

ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

This appears to be specific to Roundcube webmail Sent Items folder only.
Other mail folders show correct time/date (as far as we can tell).
If emails are viewed in Outlook or Thunderbird, the correct date and time is displayed.

This appears to be highly specific to: Mailbox is restored from backup, Roundcube webmail is used again afterwards, only happening to Sent Items folder.

Peter, please delete this thread. Had attached an image of it. No repair initially worked. But issue got solved after a complete server restart.
