MailEnable List

I have created a list....when I send mail to It...I get an instant bounce message like this:

Remote host said: 550 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable or not local

The list exists....any ideas?

Please check all mailboxes in maillist.
Also check ME - Diagnose

I'm seeing the same thing but for a mailbox, not quite sure what the fix is yet.
