• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

MailEnable problem

Tom_Sebrechts

New Pleskian
Dear,

I have updated MailEnable to the latest version. Now, I can do the same as before like creating mailaddresses etc...

Now, my problem is the following:

I can send mail from a local address to anywhere (local and non-local) and it gets delivered without a problem.
But every email that is send to any of our local emailaddress from a non-local address isn't delivered to our local addresses.

I tried seding mail from Hotmail, Gmail, ... and none have been delivered to my local address.

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
I didn't really change anything during the installation process, except for the domainname.
It was autofilled with "home" and I changed it to my domainname without the www. ...

I allready tried changing it back to home, rebooted our complete dedicated server and that doesn't seem the problem because the problem persists. So I changed it back our domainname.

I already looked into the debug files and nothing really comes up as an error or why the mail is blocked or rejected.

I hope someone can help me.
