MailEnable WebMail Inbox Gone

When any mail user logs into webmail, it shows "Unable to load the Inbox because it does not exist on the hard disk". Users still can check email via a desktop client. I have run Plesk Reconfigurator, restarting everything, and still no fix. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
 
I ran Check disk permissions and this fixed the problem.
 
Could you be more specific on the fix please.

IS that a mailenable diagnostic?
