We migrate from old server OS linux 6.10 and Plesk version 18.0.31 to new server OS ubuntu 20.4 and plesk version 18.0.43
In old server 18.0.31 Plesk version:
- User send email to a mail list ( in the same domain ). The email will send to all user in the list. And if there are some user can not receive email ( full mailbox, quota exceed, no mailbox ), the email just send to users which can be received email
But after migrate to new server 18.0.43 Plesk version:
- User send email to a mail list . The email sent successfully to all user in the list. And if there are any user in group mail was full mailbox then that message will be kept in server queue and resent in period time and bounce a reject message for full mailbox. Sender got many bounce email until the message in queue is resolved
This change caused many annoying for end user. How system send only receive 01 bounce message for full mailbox alert ?
