• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

mailing list error when no mailing list is installed?

michaellunsford

Regular Pleskian
I created a subdomain called lists.domain.com -- but if I want to make any changes in the subdomain setup, I get the following error:

Unable to update hosting preferences: Incorrect subdomain name lists.(domain.com), on domain (domain.com) the Mailing lists are enabled.

additional information... the mailing lists show as enabled for the domain. This shows up in the resources section at the botton of the domain's main control panel page. It also says I am using "0" and allowed "unlimited." There is no place I can find to turn this feature on or off, though.

The server page has a mailman button that is grayed out. I can't find any other reference to mailing lists anywhere on the server.

Thoughts?
