Mailing lists are lost + other restore problems.

hi,
Our server has crashed, but fortunatelly we had full system backup. So we setup a new box and restored backup, using plesk tools. This lead us to the following problems and if anyone knows how to fix it please tell me..

1. Existing mailing list does not work anymore.
2. All address book entries are lost
3. Custom files (like ~userhome/public_html, not httpdocs) are NOT transferred.

Actually we are very-very dissapointed about it! When server crashed it was Plesk 7.5.2, but new one has 7.5.3.
