Is it possible to have a maillist server under Plesk where people can suscribe and unsuscribe themself?

Yes, it's supported by Mailenable mailserver, included in Plesk.
1) Create maillist in Plesk
2) users should send email with "subscribe" or "unsubscribe" subjects to do that :)

could you please explain hoe exactly mail-lists work? Ive created one, added members.. what to do next? if they need to send subscribe and unsubsrbied where should they send it? if they wanna send mails to go out to all, where should they send it?

To subscribe/unsubscribe users should send e-mail with subject "subscribe" or "unsubscribe" to e-mail address of mail-list. All mails to go out to all should be send to this address too.

Tank you ColorPrint, but I don't know where to see what address that is. When you create it, you just give an administrator's e-mail. Is it that one? or? just the person administering it?

and.. once created, you actually don't see that e-mail anywhere anymore...

When you creat maillist, you give maiilist name, for example "MyMailList". Then, maillist address is [email protected] , where yourdomain.com is domain, where you are created this list.
