mailmng failed: mailmng: Unable to save mail authentication database

hi,

iam going crazy.
always if i want to create a new email-account, plesk shows me the following error:

Unable update mailbox: mailmng failed: mailmng: Unable to save mail authentication database: Operation not permitted
System error 2: No such file or directory

i dont know what i can do and google dont know the problem. i hate it, if iam the one and only error catcher.
did anyone know what i can do or where is the failure?

the problem was start after installing zend-optimizer 3.3.0, i think so. because nothing more was changed on the server.

the problem depends on all domains and all users.
