Issue mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:database is locked.

Plesk version and microupdate number

This error occurs when I create a new account "mailmng-outgoing failed: ERROR:__main__:database is locked". Anyone can help me resolve this?

Please make sure that the mail service is enabled as described in

If enabling the mail service fails run the mchk utility to repair/rebuild the mail server configuration and restore the settings:
# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk

The mail server is already up and running. In addition, I repaired and rebuilt the mail server configuration. But the problem remains the same.

I think you may have misunderstood what Peter meant. The error you are getting is common when the mail service isn't enabled for a particular domain. You'll need to make sure the service is enabled. The mail service also enabled Kasper.

Still, I was unable to resolve the problem, and this error now appears on occasion. Please help me to resolve the issue with my host.
