• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Mailserver doesn't work appropiate.

New Pleskian
Hello,

I've just installed a clean version of Plesk Onyx.
Now I've transfered my domain and added it to the Plesk server.
Next I've created an e-mail address ([email protected]).
I've added a Lets Encrypt certificate to my domain and mailserver.
I've added my e-mail account to my Office 365 and it does recieve mails (test mail from outlook and other e-mails), however I can't remove them.
I've tried some bugfixes from google, however I can't figure it out so I think it's in the config from Plesk.
Anyone could help me?

Regards,
Carlovdv

Hi Carlovdv,

pls. note that Plesk supports these operating systems for Plesk Onyx: => https://docs.plesk.com/release-notes/17.0/software-requirements/#s2
It is impossible for us to guess your environment. :(

I've added my e-mail account to my Office 365 and it does recieve mails (test mail from outlook and other e-mails), however I can't remove them.
Plesk does not ship "Office 365" and there can't be any configuration on your server, which might prevent/forbid the deletion of an eMail - so your conclusion:
so I think it's in the config from Plesk
can't be confirmed. You could confirm this by yourself, by adding your eMail - account to any other eMail - client and trying to delete an eMail there.
Pls. consider to contact the Microsoft Support, if you experience issues with THEIR software.
