Issue Mailserver not available for 1 domain

Server operating system version
Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
Plesk Obsidian Version 18.0.52 Update #3
Hello,
I am transfering to a new server. But i have 1 domain for witch the mailserver is not working.
For all other domains it works, but for this domain i got an 503 error.
I already completly removed the domain and create it again.
But the problem remains.
There are no errors in the mail.log
Can anybody help me

I'm not sure what you're asking. The 503 error is a web server error, but you seem to have issues with the mail server.
 
That is when i go to the webmial from within plesk.
I the mail.log there are no errors.
I can not connect to the mailserver for this domain.

Perhaps you can tell me in which errorlog i mus look....

Strange thing is that i removed the complete domain.
And then create a new domain.
Same error.
Somehow he is keeping settings about this domain.
But i can not find where to look.
Perhaps you can point me in the direction.....

Did you check if that domain has a certificate for webmail?
Subscription -> SSL/TLS Certificates -> Webmail access

Did you check if the mail settings of that domain has a certificate assigned?
Subscription -> Mail -> Mail Settings -> SSL/TLS certificate for mail

Roundcube has its own log files, located in /var/log/plesk-roundcube

I have Certificate for the whole server.
Also for the domain in question only he can not secure the mail, because het cannot access the webmail.<domain>
And in the log file there is only 1 line.

The stange thing is that i have more than 30 domains on the server, and only 1 has this problem.

It sounds like a DNS issue. Do you have an A/AAAA record for webmail on that subscription?
 
Al DNS records are there, including the webmail.
The domain is resolveble.
The only thing is that the mail does not work for this domain.
I already tried the Repair function etc but no results there.

It getting starnger.
I migrate an other domain from my old server, and that on now has the same problem.
Can not access the mail server for this domain also....
 
Does it help when you raise the max number of connections to the mail server?

Tools & Settings > Mailserver Settings -> Maximum number of connections
Tools & Settings > Mailserver Settings -> Maximum number of connections for a user per IP address
 
That's a lot of connections, so that isn't the problem.

But you mentioned you had about 30 domains on that server. Which Plesk license is active on this new server? The Web Pro Edition has a limit of 30 domains:

 
When i go to this domain and want to add a mail address i got
Error: Mail service unavailable on this domain
