majordomo install, anyone want to share?

I've had a request for Majordomo to be installed. Now I have found the info I need I believe to install this but it's very new to me and i'd rather not muck up a production server for a single client. But I do know Majordomo works with qmail so I don't see why this can't be done.

Has anyone attempted it or succeeded? If so, does anyone have a step by step "for dummies" on setting this up without breaking anything.
