Make server panel SSL certs available to subscription cert store

I have installed some SSL certificates to my Plesk server via server management -> ssl certificates

I now need to utilise the ability to run multiple SSL certificates on the same IP. I assume I do this via the websites and domains -> secure your sites, but the existing certificates are not accessible within the control panel for my subscriptions.

Is there a way to make these certificates available to the certificate store of the subscriptions in control panel, without installing a complete second copy of the certificate?
