I'm trying to install Mambo from within the domin site ( as with a normal mambo install) as i dont have the application vault licence. ( and $200 for open source software seems a bit expencive to me)

However i get this error:
fopen; xml.....cant write to configuration file, access denied

( sorry i'm not at my system right now and can't remember the whole thing)

Anyone come across anything like this?

Thanks
