Manual restore from old drive

Hi,

I'm trying to restore the plesk server from olddrive
7.1.6 FedoraCore 2 71041118.17

to new installation 8.0.1 CentOS 4.2 80060928.14 on a new server.

Can any one help me with the steps to manually restore the data.I was not able to run the backup utility.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
