Hi!

My plesk pannel 11.5 is configured to auto update.

I tried to connect many times, sometimes the left panel doesnt show and I only see {NAV} or something like this.
I cannot use no one resource, 'cause when I click it, the login screen pop up to me! Never stop buggin me...

If I try to re-update, I recieve this message:

Failed to read product information from the file : Can't process products.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/products.inf3: Could not resolve host: autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com; No data record of requested type Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the package http://autoinstall-win.pp.parallels.com/versions.inf3: The requested URL returned error: 404

In my panel, I have a messa that say me to download the log and submit to support... the log show it:

Not all packages were installed.
Please resolve this issue and try installing the packages again.
If you cannot resolve the issue on your own, contact product technical support for assistance.
