Issue MariaDB not starting

Hello,

Since this morning, my MariaDB server refuses to start. I've already tried a lot and am now desperate. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this? I read in a forum that I should delete ./ib_logfile0 and ./ib_logfile1, I did that, now it tells me:
