May be a stupid question about stats

I have Awstats, Webalizer and Smarterstats installed on my server, im having an issue with perl running 98% of the processer and i have turned it off, i have changed my stats to smarterstats but how do i access them via a url ?

This is why im really starting to get pissed off with Plesk, NO SUPPORT.

You Can access smarterstats with http://<Domain>:9999
