hello everyone

our very important customer needs unlimited mailbox, I have that installed in the mailbox settings, but anyway mails gets back cause mailbox out of space

his mailbox folder is 1GB size now and looks like that cant be more

what can I do?

thank you a lot

this is content of mbox.quota file of this mailbox

[root@mail]# cat \@mbox.quota
-1

additional info:

mailbox folder has 990MB size:

[root@mail ben]# du -sh .
990M .

setting up 2GB limit doesn't help:
[root@mail ben]# cat \@mbox.quota
2097151

quota off on entire system doesn't help too:
[root@mail ben]# quotaoff -vaug

any of this ways I get mail bounced
"Recipient's mailbox is full, message returned to sender. (#5.2.2)"

pls help

If mailboxes are counted in the disk space usage calulation (Server > Server Preferences) then the total capacity of all data (web, logs, mailboxes etc) will be limited by the domain's quota.

Try deselecting mailboxes from the usage calculation, or increase the domain's quota (not just the mailbox quota).

Hope that helps.

thank you

unfortunately it doesn't help

domain was unlimited properties and I just disabled calculation of the mailbox too

problem somewhere else!
