Hello,

in this How to install/uninstall memcached or memcache extension for PHP on Plesk server? :

This question may seem silly but it only installs the memcached extension or the "memcached server" too? Basically, is this memcached installation fully operational or is there still some other manipulation?

i'm running on Centos

This guide describe how to install memcached server as well as memcached php extension, memcached should be fully operational after those steps
