  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question Microsoft SQL Server 2019 Support?

Decided to test this on test server. It may not display in plesk installer but you can install SQL server 2019 manually via RDP and then when completed add the DB server information in plesk interface itself and it will work fine. I tested creating db, deleting, users, etc all works well.

So only thing is it does not show in plesk installer.

On the release notes for Plesk Obsidian 18.0.23 is said that "Microsoft SQL Server 2019 is now supported." but i'm installing a new server (windows 2019 + Plesk) and I can't find "MSSQL 2019 server" on components of the Plesk Installer.

What is the correct way to install and integrate MSSQL 2019 to Plesk right now?
