Migrate all plesk contents to new server hardware

Hello-I am looking to move everything from my existing hardware to new server hardware.

-The old server is running CentOS 4 and the new server is running Debian 4.
-The old server is going away and the new server is replacing it so I am using the same plesk key.

Has anyone done this or something similar?
