Migrate domains from win2003 Plesk 8.4 to win2008 plesk 8.6

We have a windows 2003 server with Plesk 8.4 and need to migrate all the domains and data to windows 2008 server with plesk 8.6.

Is it possible? How?

Parallel support please help me as soon as possible.
