Migrate large amount of subscriptions from Plesk 11 to Plesk 11.5

Hi,

i have a server running plesk 11 and i have roughly 5500 subscriptions on that server. i would like to migrate around half of them to a new server running plesk 11.5 but i am having major problems with the migration manager interface within the GUI. is there a way of performing the entire migration via command line so i am not running into countless timeout issues within the panel?
