Issue Migrating Cakephp from Cpanel to Plesk is not working, I need your help!

I have migrated my website from CPanel to Plesk Onyx but it is not working. I am getting error 403.

My website uses Cakephp 2.x, can someone please guide me on what to fix? I think it is related to cakephp configuration.
