• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Migrating cPanel data/emails/mysql to Panels (How?)

Shawn Hancock

New Pleskian
I have a client who's wanting to move to our dedicated server. I recently upgraded to a new dedicated server and successfully migrated all of my websites from another Plesk Panels server over to my new server. The migration included email accounts, mysql databases, content, subscriptions, etc... It went very smooth (thank you Parallels!!)

Now I need to move the same content (email accounts, email data, mysql, and website content) from a cPanel hosting account into Plesk Panels. Several Google searches turned up ways of doing it, but the directions weren't clear on how to install a Migration Manager for cPanel. Does anyone have a detailed method of installing a migration utility to perform the move? Any help would be appreciated!!
