Migrating from plesk 8.2 to 9.5

Hi everybody,
I need to migrate from old server with plesk 8.2 to a new server with plesk 9.5.

Please kindly advise me the best way to accomplish this without running to any error.

Could someone who has done this please help me here..

Moving accounts by PMM(migration manager) or backup old server, convert and restore on new server?????

Also is mssql 2005 experess compatible with mssql 2008 express???

Any help from plesk or someone who has done this would be greatly appreciated
