Migrating from plesk2plesk

We are planning to change our server (hardware) and so we must migrate websites from a win2003 plesk 7.5 server to a new win2003 plesk 7.5 server.
We thought it easy because the os was the same, but after a test the databases and email are not migrated to plesk.
Can anybody help me please?

You should use Plesk’s backup\restore tools.
