when migrating certain users from Plesk 10.4.4 to 11.5 the migration fails with error:

What could cause this?

Hi Tobias,

not that I know what "error code 1" is, but the first thing I would try is remove the "ß" from the address and check if the Phonenumber looks valid from within the old Plesk for this customer.

Hi,

one last thing to try, because I have faced this problem in the past also.
Can you also try modifing the email address prior to migration?

You did update the migration Agents on both sides prior migration right?
