I am trying to do a migration from Plesk 7.5.4 using Plesk 8.2.0. I only tried 1 domain to keep things simple.
I get through the first couple of steps without any issue, but when I get to the point where it should be listing the objects available for import, it just hangs, saying "Waiting the reponse from agent".
I check with my hosting provider, since it is their pre-installed VPS, and they said that I should just run the update version of Migration Manager on both servers and everything should be fine. This doesn't really make sense to me, as migration manager gives me an option to import Plesk 7.x objects.
In fact, I think I even ran a successful migration on these same servers a few months ago.
So, am I missing something? Where can I start looking for the problem?
