Migration and mailing lists

The migration code appears to add one user at a time to the mailing lists, until the list is complete.
Well, I have a customer that manages many mailing lists, with many thousand subscribers.
Therefore, his restore is taking many hours, as I watch the "add_members" on top of the "top" process list.
Would be nice if the migration code could add users in bulk to mailman..

PS: the migration manager has been running for 17 hours now importing mailing lists..
