Issue Migration DB Username

I tried to localy to migrate a user from cPanel
case example:

Username: user589
Databases: user579_db1, user579_db2
DB_Users: user579_user
Assignments:
user579_user-> user579_db1
user579_user-> user579_db2
(One User assigned to two databases)

Problem after migrating:
user579_db1 have a assigned user=user579_user
user579_db2 have not assigned user

I think this a bug.
