  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Thank you for your update. When I do RDP in the old server, it only have 2 options under Login. sa and Builtin users

Here in this error after migration, the error is due to a specific database user added in plesk

The steps would still be the same, you might need to add the user manually if needed. If you're still having issues, your best bet would be to open a ticket with Plesk themselves. The support is included free if you got the license directly from Plesk or you can buy a support subscription if you got the license through a third party (if you got the license through a third party, you can sign up for the support subscription and get a month free to use to get the support then cancel it after words). You can refer to https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/12388090147095-How-to-get-support-directly-from-Plesk for more information of how to get support directly from Plesk.
