Migration fails

I am attempting to migrate from a linux 7.5 plesk box to a new 8.2 box.

When attempting to migrate, I get this error:

Failed to retrieve the information about the data that need to be transferred: the file "dump.xml" was not found in the specified directory "/usr/local/psa/PMM/var"

What does this mean? I can't find any info on the thing.
