Migration from Plesk for Linux to Windows

Is it possible to migrate from Plesk for Linux to Plesk for Windows?

I have tried and failed. In the Linux version, it looks impossible to create a migration file, it seems that this needs to be done from the machine that will receive the migration and it doesn't want to talk to the Linux Plesk.

Anybody got any tips on how to do this? Just migrating a single domain and client.
 
Can I migrate my Linux Plesk 10.3.1 to Plesk Linux 9.5.4 is it possible ?
