Question Migration Help Plesk Onxy 17.x to Plesk 12.x Windows

Hello,
I got an Customer who need to migrate 7 Plesk onxy 17.x accounts to my plesk 12.x Server(Windows) is there any tool ? or i need to do manually ?


He don't have Administrator access,He is having only Reseller Username and password.

Migration from lates Plesk version to older Plesk versions is not supported.
Upgrade destination server to Onyx and perform migration.

I think that you can try to do it manually only. No any automate way.
