Migration Manager capped?

I migrated a couple domains without issue but I noticed that the transfer speed is stuck at about 600Kb/s. We have 100Mbit connection between the 2 servers. I'm doing the big migration as we speak and its going to take a nice while to move 21GB of data at 600Kb/s. Anyone have any idea how to remove this cap?

And yes, i've moved plenty of data outside of plesk and it paced at like 8Mb/s. Even by encrypted SCP (what plesk uses to move the data), I manage to get 3Mb/s.
