Migration Manager "ERROR: PleskFatalException"

I need to move some domains from one of our Plesk servers to another (specifically from Windows to Linux) and I am receiving the following error when I click on "Start a new migration":

I found some old posts where users reported the same problem but no solution was posted. Can anyone help me figure out what is wrong here?

I tried the migration manager in Expand but it claims it cannot do Windows -> Unix migrations but I found some sources that claimed the plesk panel migration manager could do it. Please help!
