Migration Manager Issue

I want to move all of the domains from a server running Plesk 9.5.4 to a new server running Plesk 10.4.4.

Using the Migration Manager tool I get the following error when I run the Migration Manager:

Error: launchpad error (Error code = 2):

Failed to execute scout.
The return code is 1
The output on STDERR is

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I have also backed up all of the domains to ftp and tried to do a restore in the new server. The restore says it completes accordingly but the domain does not show up in the 10.4.4 Plesk control panel under Domains.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No suggestions from anyone? This forum does not seem to be of much use. I take it that the Parallels staff don't respond to questions?

Or do they just not know the answers?
