Migration Manager Query

Hi,

We are currently running two machines.

One with around 600 accounts running Cpanel 11.25 and the second running Plesk 9.2 with around 300 accounts also.

Due problems with one host we are upgrading the Plesk box and attempting to move over to it.

I'm just curious how the Migration Manager works, can the migration be to a Plesk which is already setup and running or does it have to be to a fresh Plesk install?
